Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement quality plans that meet our requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and provide training programs for suppliers on quality management best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- VDA 6.3 – Certified Process Auditor and IATF 16949:2016 Lead Supplier Auditor certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
