Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :
- Work with senior and intermediate team members to produce design studies and supporting renderings / diagrams through an evolving design process
- Develop design & presentation documents in support of various project phases
- Work with senior and intermediate team members to draft comprehensive drawing sets from concept through construction documents
- Demonstrate an inquisitive and creative approach to solving design and technical problems, with the ability to translate them into professional documents
- Communicate with consultants as required
- Effectively self-manage time and workload to meet project and task deadlines
- Provide research assistance for topics such as site context or material and systems selection
- General familiarity with code, space planning, and other local compliance requirements
- Open to learning new information while also sharing knowledge with less experienced staff

Salary Transparency Statement
At Henning Larsen, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $64,000 and $80,000 Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education / training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
