We feature a diverse population of residents across our rehab, assisted living, and memory care units. Our facility has four distinct units: Rehab, Memory Care, Long-term Care, and Transitional Therapy. We are looking for a talented and personable nurse to fill the role of Nurse Supervisor at our facility. This is a vital position where you will be responsible for driving the positive culture of our team as well as the quality of the care they deliver.

║ Shift
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (negotiable for the right candidate)
- 7am - 5pm, or 9am - 7pm (negotiable for the right candidate)
║ Responsibilities
- Oversee care of patients
- Involvement in daily operations of the units
- Communicate with the pharmacy
- Develop Care Plans & Chart Review
- Personally Conduct Order Entry
- Auditing charts and documentation
- Submitting documentation
- Lead Staff Education and Performance Improvement
- Coach and develop your team, including disciplinary action when necessary
- Use customer service skills to support patients and families in achieving their goals
║ Qualifications
- LPN or RN with an active license in good standing (5 yrs preferred)
- Proven leadership ability (2 yrs preferred)
- Strong clinical experience (varied settings is a plus)
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of developing care plans and chart review (2 yrs preferred)
- Able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to communicate complex clinical information in simple terms
║ Requirements
- Fluent in PCC (Point Click Care) eMAR system.
- Flexible with schedule
- Team player who is willing to work the floor as a nurse or aide when needed
- Able to be the On-Call Nurse every 3rd weekend (to take call-off's, answer questions, and if absolutely necessary come into the building)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
