Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director with a Registered Nurse (RN) background to lead our hospice operations in Danville. Your Role
• Lead and engage with diverse teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients and families.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of hospice services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee all operational activities, including patient care, staff management, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective care delivery.
• Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes, including audits and patient satisfaction measures.

Qualifications
