Job Description
As a Plant Controller, you will oversee financial operations, manage reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the financial performance of the organization. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Shift Information
Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, 3 days in office per week
General Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
Preferred Requirements
CPA certification
Experience with NetSuite or similar systems
Essential Functions
Manage the accounting operations for the manufacturing divisions, including monthly and year-end closings
Prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and monitor standard costing and inventory values
Ensure operational and data integrity through checks and balances
Review and book payrolls for weekly and monthly cycles
Drive process improvements and implement real-time financial reporting
Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and budgets
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Minimum of 2 years of cost accounting experience preferred
Manufacturing background strongly desired
