Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage the electrical maintenance and construction projects at our mining facility. The successful candidate will plan, develop, and implement the mine site electrical power distribution network, as well as the individual control circuits for mine site equipment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Electrical Activities : Plan and supervise the activities of employees engaged in electrical maintenance and construction projects.
- Electrical Power Distribution : Develop, implement, and maintain the mine site electrical power distribution network, ensuring reliable and efficient power delivery.
- Control Circuits : Design and implement control circuits for various mine site equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Project Management : Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of electricians and electrical technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
