Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one sessions, executing personalized goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Engage with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support and assess client progress.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and innovative techniques to drive positive behavioral outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client session.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience in working with children diagnosed with Autism or similar conditions.
• Proficient understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A strong desire to positively influence children's lives.
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Successful completion of State and Federal Background Checks
• Physical capability to routinely lift 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active RBT Credential
• Experience in ABA
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Possession of an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Previous experience working with children
