Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and interventions based on individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to assess progress and enhance client outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote behavioral and emotional growth.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in behavioral health therapies.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals facing behavioral or mental health challenges.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of state and federal background checks.
- Physical capability to perform job-related tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (if applicable).
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral intervention.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Fingerprint clearance (if required by state regulations).
- Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or special education settings.
