Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals facing behavioral or mental health challenges.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.

Job Requirements:

- Reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of state and federal background checks.
- Physical capability to perform job-related tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (if applicable).
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral intervention.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Fingerprint clearance (if required by state regulations).
- Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or special education settings.
