Job Description
As a Cardiac Stepdown Nurse at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest, you will be responsible for providing care to post-cardiac surgery, valve repair, chest pain, coronary artery, cardiothoracic surgery, and telemetry patients. You will perform and document care for all admissions and patients, creating a comforting, safe, and healing environment for patients and their families.
You will initiate and document patient teaching and discharge planning, including family and/or significant other collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
Requirements
