Your Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to be responsible for auditing processes and products on the production floor and will report to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
This is a 2nd shift opportunity: 2:00-10:30pm
What you will do:

You will perform quality inspections on the production floor to ensure product conformity, procedures and instructions are being followed.

You will initiate containment and certification activity when non-conformances are identified.

Update product inventory status in system and records non-conforming product in quality management system

Approve and release product in system and updates inventory status accordingly.

Analyze and report inspection results to the production and quality teams.

Escalate inspections results and non-conformances.

You will train and support personnel in quality related training.

Support customer concern investigations and manufacturing quality issues

Participate in internal quality programs.

Support product inspection and scheduled product audits as required.

Perform other related responsibilities
To succeed, you will need
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure quality

Experience using micrometers, calipers and gauges preferred.

Experience using Syspro or similar business systems preferred.

Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to maintain professional behavior in all situations.

Prioritize assignments.

Organized, with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to achieve targets.

Working knowledge of quality systems preferred.
