Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details The RN position provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, choices and care plan. Each RN is assigned to a primary household of 16 residents. The RN works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day-to-day functions as well as providing skilled nursing for residents with complex needs. Job Requirements Must have current Iowa Licensure. Must have BLS / ACLS. Additional Details Declination accepted for COVID-19 Vaccine. 2 vaccines or positive titer for MMR. Completed prior to start for Fit Test. 2 vaccines or positive titer for Hepatitis B. Required September 1st through March 31st for Influenza Vaccine. Proof of negative test for TB Test. Physician Statement within the last 12 months for Health Statement. Unexpired government issued photo ID for Driver's License / State ID. 2 vaccines or positive titer for Varicella.
