Job Details
Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
Provides high quality care to the following patient populations : Geriatric, Medical / Surgical, Adult, and Telemetry.
Positions available on Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit.
Job Requirements
BLS (Required for clinical positions only, AHA or ARC acceptable)
PALS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
License / Certificate Verification (Primary Source Verification of professional license, as required for the position to be completed within 30 days of start)
GRH Skills Checklist (Complete within 12 months - does not expire)
COVID-19 Vaccine (Required)
MMR (Required)
Fit Test (Required)
Hepatitis B (Required)
Influenza Vaccine (Required September 1st through March 31st – Must be from CURRENT flu season)
TB Test (PPD, Q Gold, or TSpot within 1 year of start)
Health Statement (Physician Statement within the last 12 months)
Driver's License / State ID (Unexpired government issued photo ID)
Varicella (Required)
Tdap (Valid for 10 years from the administered date)
GRH Background Check (Within 30 days of Start)
GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse (State Requirement)
GRH Drug Screen (Standard 10 panel within 30 days of start)
GRH References (2 Professional References for all positions, 1 must be from Supervisor)
GRH Resume (Required)
GRH Evergreen Link (To be completed by AGENCY contact or HCP within 48 hours of offer acceptance)
GRH OSHA Questionnaire (Questionnaire only needs to be completed by candidate, not provider)
