We are seeking a Marketing Admin to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, concerning the real estate industry as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

Responsibilities :

Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
Analyze research to identify opportunities to reach company goals
Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
Compile and present data for other departments
Prepare marketing material that includes graphic design
Identify potential prospects and design ability to market to these prospects with a strong use of technology

Qualifications :

Previous successful experience in market research specifically related to real estate

Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work well alone with little supervision to accomplish goals
