What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Financial Officer- Full Time 80hr / pay position at Henry County Hospital?
Responsibilities : The CFO is a key member of the leadership team who, along with the CEO and Administrative Team, establishes goals, strategies, growth plans, and policies to ensure the financial viability of Henry County Hospital. The CFO provides the leadership, vision and oversight to guide the organization in strategic planning for the implementation of its financial / operational systems. This position ensures the financial success of the hospital as health care reimbursement models change as a result of legislative, regulatory, or marketplace health care reform.
Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Five to Seven years progressive health care and / or public accounting experience is required. It is preferred that applicants have a C.P.A. certification, a Master' degree in Finance or Business, and physician practice and outpatient clinic finance and revenue experience.
