- Collect and process blood and other specimen samples from patients
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens for laboratory testing
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Phlebotomy certification preferred
- General knowledge of science and computers
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
