Description
Under general supervision, the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The MLT performs phlebotomy and other specimen collection procedures to obtain quality samples for clinical laboratory testing. The MLT models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the HCMC Mission Statement and the HCMC Standards of Behavior, reflecting commitment to the continuous improvement process of the Department of Laboratory Services and Henry County Medical Center
Qualifications
Must have a State of TN MT Generalist license.
