Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies and work toward achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
- Assist clients with policy servicing, coverage changes, and renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Perform general office work, including documentation, data entry, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with Allstate offerings.
- Must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog (preferred but not required).
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
