The Marketing and Multimedia Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing Henry Development Group's (HDG) and affiliate businesses brand presence and communication through creative content creation and strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong skills in both digital marketing and multimedia production. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for real estate and small business..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Marketing :
Multi-Media Production
Create engaging video content for various purposes (e.g., property tours, tenant testimonials, promotional videos)
Develop engaging social media content (graphics, reels, photos, and posts) for various HDG platforms.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns through MailChimp or other platforms, coordinating with HDG tenants for cross-promotion.
Provide general administrative support to the team such as managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications :
Pay : $22 - $27 / hr based on experience
Reports to : Chief Marketing Officer
Salary : $22 - $27
