Henry Ford Occupational Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner on a Contingent basis for help management the health and wellness of Corporate Clients. The mobile division is seeking the following:
- Some over night travel in state
- Versatility and willingness to travel to corporate clients to perform On Site Medical/Wellness Exams
- DOT Certification preferred and willingness to obtain
- Varied work hours M-F, typically during the hours of 7:30am and 5pm, no weekends or holidays and rarely no afternoons or midnights no evenings. Start and end times may vary depending on client
- Patient population-Workers in Various Environments (schools, municipalities etc.)
- Provides Occupational Health Care with the supervision but not necessarily the presence of a qualified physician member of the medical staff.
- Takes patient history, performs physical examination, orders and interprets tests, makes diagnoses and institutes appropriate treatment programs
- . Performs nursing functions independently. Works in collaboration with staff physicians, house officers, nurses and other members of the medical care team to ensure that patient outcomes are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.
- Specific procedures are individually credentialed as indicated by training and experience.

- Requires Master's Degree in Nursing; licensure as a Certified Nurse Practitioner; licensure as a Registered Nurse -OR- Requires a Bachelor's Degree; completion of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program; licensure as a Physician Assistant
- BCLS certification
