What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver - Contingent -Jackson position at Henry Ford Health - Careers?
Provides regularly scheduled pickups and deliveries at physician offices, hospital entities and affiliates, the post office, local banks and other sites as requested.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to negotiate through a variety of road conditions, including poor weather and occasionally heavy traffic.
- Ability to load laundry carts and heavy boxes on to truck.
- Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and courtesy in dealing with the staff of physician's offices, patients, visitors, and personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Valid State of Michigan Driver's license and Chauffeur's license.
