Henry Ford Medical Group is seeking to hire a Neurologist for the clinic at Jackson Hospital as part of our expanding Neurology Department. Our current practice is an American Heart Association Stroke Plus Honor Roll Elite Stroke Center with a reputable, robust, and team-oriented staff. The practice currently includes 3 full-time outpatient employed neurologists and two full-time Neurology hospitalists who cover the majority of inpatient rounding and call. Henry Ford Hospital Jackson is the only hospital in Jackson County and uses EPIC EMR for both inpatient and outpatient services.
We are looking to hire a full-time Neurologist to support our growing patient population, which includes stroke, TIA, seizure disorders, and other neurological conditions. Anticipated future initiatives include adding thrombectomy capability to our Stroke program.

60-70 daily patient visits by 3 providers (20% new visits, 80% return visits)

Minimal inpatient coverage thanks to two full-time Neurology Hospitalists

36 direct patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week

Botox injections and EMGs performed in the clinic

Onsite MRI with radiologists and neurosurgery services in the same building
