Very dynamic EP practice, opportunity for autonomy in practice
- The Specialty/Invasive Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- The Specialty/Invasive NP will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, consultation, and care coordination as a first line provider to patients and their families.
- Provides inpatient and/or outpatient medical care.
- Works in collaboration with attending physicians, advanced practice providers, consultants, house officers, nurses, and other members of the medical care team to ensure that patient outcomes are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Specific procedures as per credentialing as indicated by training and experience.
- Days Monday- Friday
- No Current Weekend requirement
- Cardiology experience preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's degree in nursing or Bachelor's Degree. Completion of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current certification as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.. Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
Current BLS. Current ACLS/ATLS/PALS provider status as required by department.
