General Summary:
Coordinates the daily operations of assigned area(s).
Responsibilities:
Coordinates patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling.|
Assists management in establishing and implementing goals.|
Serves as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensures sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.|
Assists in monitoring budgets, staffing levels, quality measures, and/or regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency
- 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Medical terminology, medical office, and or Acute hospital desk clerk experience preferred. Computer, telephone and customer service skill preferred.
