RN Registered Nurse, Float Pool
Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital, PRN 11am-11:30pm. Flexible scheduling and Minimum Monthly requirements!
Provides direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.| Serves as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.| Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.| Assesses and coordinates patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. 1 Year RN experience preferred
