ENDOCRINOLOGY:
Henry Ford Hospital - Jackson partnered with Henry Ford Health Systems (HFHS -Detroit Area) in April 2016. Henry Ford Hospital-Jackson, located in Jackson, Michigan entered our 100th year May 2018. The partnership with Henry Ford Health System has allowed us to construct a new innovation center (adding State of Art Simulation & Research Labs May 2017), a Surgical Patient Tower that added 66 private rooms Fall 2018, and we have implemented EPIC house wide (INPT & OUTPT) in 2016.
Henry Ford Hospital-Jackson, seeking a full-time BE/BC Endocrinologist to join an established, robust reputable and expanding practice. Join a team of expert, practice offers a full-service ADA certified education center, a large pump program, services. Teaching opportunities are available.
Henry Ford Hospital -Jackson has a GME residents' program that includes Primary Care, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Behavioral Health and Transitional Year. The Community Based Program started 6 years ago. This service supports referrals from our large employed medical group and community providers.

- 85 new patient referrals per month seeing a wide variety of endocrine and diabetes
- One full time Endocrinologist and 3-Advanced Practice Professionals support this service
- 1:3 Call
- 3 Certified Medical Assistant
- 2 Triage Nurse and 2 CDE Care Coordinator
- Supportive Administrative team, strong mentor for new graduates or an established, reputable robust practice for an experienced provider.

Criteria:
- Successful completion of an endocrinology fellowship
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of MI by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
