GENERAL SUMMARY :
Under the general supervision of the Project Manager, Principal Business Analyst, or the Director, develops requirements analysis, use case reviews, fit / gap analyses, functional designs, business process re-engineering, and preliminary design reviews and critical design reviews with customers. You will communicate solutions, issues, and risks directly with technical management or other responsible entities to ensure a fully integrated solution across multiple work streams. The Senior Consultant Business Analyst is part of an IT team that is accountable for production support (including on-call duties in a 24x7 environment) as well as new projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Five (5) years of applicable work experience required
- 3 years applicable experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
