Description:
RN- Hospice provides comprehensive, convenient, and high-quality Hospice services to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of adult and geriatric patients with limited life expectancy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate degree in nursing (ADN). Minimum of four years nursing experience in a Hospice environment. Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills via phone and face-to-face. Ability to problem-solve and excellent critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Previous nursing experience in Hospice or Home Health setting.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED :
Current Michigan Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid Michigan Driver's license. Dependable automobile insured according to State of Michigan requirements.
