Job Title : Registered Nurse

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Experience : Must have 2 years of experience in specialty areas
License : Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Job Description :
- Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
- Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
- Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of solutions.
This position involves a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hours, with the potential to be reassigned in 4-hour blocks of time.

Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
