Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine office tasks including data entry, scheduling, and record keeping
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience
