Job Description:
Henry Molded Products has been innovating earth-friendly packaging solutions in Lebanon for 60 years. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides administrative support to the company President and Human Resources.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Arranges catering for holiday meals and special events.
2. Serves as hostess for office visitors, connecting them with company contacts, directing them how to sign in and where to wait, providing refreshments, etc.
3. Ensures printer/ copier has sufficient paper.
4. Turns off mini-split units used for heat and AC in the conference rooms and locks office doors at the end of each business day.
5. Answers incoming calls and transfers to the appropriate extension.
6. Satisfies inquiries regarding the company, our products, and job vacancies.
7. Performs clerical support activities for the President and Human Resources such as composing correspondence, processing mail, designing fliers, responding to inquiries, paying bills, scheduling meetings, and filing.
8. Coordinates corporate travel arrangements including rental car, airline, and lodging.
9. Creates digital content for company slideshows using PowerPoint and posts to company tv screens through Yodeck.
10. Assists job candidates with application and onboarding process.
11. Checks in regularly with employees and coordinates with HR Generalist to provide a positive work environment.
12. Assists with Employee Engagement initiatives and event planning to boost morale.
13. Performs related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
· Ability to speak, listen, read, and write in both English and Spanish and to translate between both languages.
· Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
· At least 2 years of relevant experience including composing business letters, faxing, scanning, copying, scheduling, and filing.
· Knowledge of business etiquette and ability to efficiently operate phone systems.
· Customer service mindset to address inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
· Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
· Ability to work independently.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Preference will be shown to candidates with recruiting or HR experience.
· Experience in graphic design a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit for extended periods.
· Ability to hear, speak, write, and type.
· Ability to bend, twist, reach, kneel, climb stairs, and lift 20 lbs.
· Regular attendance from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday, is an essential job function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
