Henry Molded Products, Inc. seeks a Custodian/ Groundskeeper with a current driver's license and clean driving record.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the cleaning functions of the business as well as upkeep of the company property. This individual will also perform light pickup and delivery duties with a company vehicle.
This position is responsible for the upkeep of company property including both inside and outside of buildings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Painting indoor and outdoor surfaces including sanding when necessary.
2. Sweeping floors in the mold shop, production floor, warehouse, and other workspaces.
3. Moving fallen branches, leaves, and other organic waste to designated disposal site.
4. Performing seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling, tree trimming, yard clean up, and plant watering.
5. Emptying facility trash bins into the appropriate dumpster.
6. Assisting with the organization of all storage areas within the plant.
7. Perform any other duties required and directed by the Operations Manager or Leadership Team.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, listen, and speak fluently in English.
- Ability to accurately follow through on verbal instruction.
- Preference shown to candidates with gardening and lawncare experience.
- Experience with power equipment such as leaf blower and mowing equipment preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to bend, twist, climb, stoop, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to safely push, pull, and lift 60 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to hear, speak, understand, read, and write fluently in English.
- Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record are required.
