Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling Admission tickets, Program tickets and Museum Membership
- Accurately balance the Cash drawer at the end of every shift
- Greeting guests
- Explaining Tour options and distributing Tour materials
- Assisting Visitors
- Assisting with a variety of Museum programs
- Must be able to engage and interact professionally with guests.
- Must have Point of Sale system experience.
- Must have Cash handling experience.
- Computer and technology proficiency
- Bi-lingual speaker an asset but not required
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum one year of Customer Service and Cash handling experience
- Flexible schedule
- Weekend and Holiday availability required
- Commitment of a minimum 3 day rotation required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 5 - 15 lbs.
