What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support and Service Technician position at Henry North?
Pay: $60K–$80K Salary
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8-5, Light Fridays
Location: South Charlotte, NC
Growth: Move into Sales, Project Management, or Advanced Applications
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and remotely diagnose issues with Material Handling Equipment (forklifts, tuggers, AGV's)
- Prep demo equipment and maintain warehouse readiness
- Work with sales and service teams to support customers
What We Need:
- Some experience in hydraulics, MHE, or mechanical work
- Self-starter who is reliable and takes ownership of their work
- Strong customer-facing skills with a sales mindset
