What You Will Do
- Coordinate monthly business reviews, analyzing results and identifying key levers of the business to focus on
- Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives to drive efficiency
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, ensuring continuous execution
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs, performance, and leading indicators
- Collaborate with Operations and Project Managers to ensure process consistency and readiness
- Partner with FP&A on financial modeling and KPI analysis
- Drive executionof quarterly objectives, ensuring teams hit key milestones
- Standardize BU reporting and internal review processes to enable fast decision-making
- Enhance productivity byremoving friction, optimizing workflows, and leveraging tools effectively
- Oversee sales and support enablement tools and processes to improve team performance
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment with no special physical demands required
Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 4 - 6 or more years of experience in business or sales operationsor a related field
- Proven ability to drive execution with a results-oriented approach
- Project management experience focused on delivering outcomes
- Skilled at translating strategy into actionable processes
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience navigating obstacles and driving change in cross-functional teams
- Effective communicator and presenter, including engagement with C-level executives
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced Excel proficiency: complex formulas and functions, data analysis and pivot tables, data visualizations and reporting, data validation and error checking, financial modeling, etc.
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
- Experience with business intelligence tools: Domo or similar
