What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Account Manager position at Henry Schein One?
This position is responsible for proactively coordinating activities for all internal departments, external third parties, and new Enterprise customers to ensure a smooth systems implementation experience; training; initiating and organizing all customer contact and response for escalated issues; and regularly communicating with the customer base for general “PR” calls and updates regarding system enhancement and releases.

- Understand customer’s relevant business challenges and provide and develop expertise in a variety of industry concepts, practices and procedures
- Identify areas within client IT environment and / or processes that will benefit from other Henry Schein One products or services
- Ability to lead projects and solutions
- Develop professional credibility
- Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations by taking concise, informed actions towards obtaining a resolution
- Ability to strategically manage competing client demands
- Identify sales opportunities through hardware lifecycle replacement, and analysis of day-to-day interactions with clients
- Anticipate challenges and identify opportunities, initiate solutions independently to improve workflows, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Manage projects and tasks with minimal supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, and performance goals
- Manage virtual service offerings, providing MBR (Monthly Business Reviews) presentations to clients
- Manage all post implementation aspects of accounts, including escalation handling, reporting, and other activities to ensure successful customer interactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point person for all customer escalation issues
- Liaison responsible for directing and effectively communicating client issues and resolutions
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as necessary

The posted range for this position is $65,000-79,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location / labor market, internal equity, etc.
