Henry Schein's Digital Product Management team is looking for a passionate content management enthusiast to join us as CMS Product Manager, focusing specifically on Sitecore. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will become a primary point of contact and business owner for our CMS, working with a range of multinational stakeholders including Marketing and IT.
This is an outstanding opportunity to help build processes and define the CMS operating model for a large, successful organization that hasn't yet widely used Sitecore or taken advantage of its significant publishing, workflow, A/B testing, and personalization capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the Sitecore backlog and product roadmap – Define, document, and prioritize enhancements to the CMS based on global need and business priority, collaborating with key stakeholders as needed.
- Manage delegated publishing environment – Provide central coordination, administration and support for CMS users around the world.
- Serve as the business lead for system integrations with the CMS; coordinate with IT for ongoing system support and enhancements.
- Create and govern archive and records-retention policies in accordance with Henry Schein compliance standards in each market.
- Ensure CMS capabilities are managed holistically as a shared service, maximizing consistency and reusability.
- Create, train, and nurture a community of delegated CMS users across business units, sharing updates on outages, maintenance, upgrades, best practices, newly introduced features and functionality.
- Serve as an overall advocate for the CMS, advising stakeholders and helping the organization deploy advanced features like personalization in ways that are both sustainable and beneficial to our customers’ e-commerce journeys.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong proficiency with a global service model: tools, systems, and procedures
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- An entrepreneurial approach, with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Good negotiating skills – including the ability to balance stakeholder needs, resolve conflicts, and deliver difficult messages
- A knack for understanding complex issues, explaining them to non-technical personnel, and identifying effective ways to collaborate on resolutions
- Project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget
- Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relationships
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Deep knowledge of CMS Systems; direct experience with Sitecore strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, and tools including JIRA and Confluence
- Service model administration
- Product roadmap development
- Web analytics – reporting and analysis
- A passion for training users and writing documentation
