Job Overview
This position is responsible to oversee the development of strategic objectives and execution of initiatives to build a comprehensive commercial strategy for Brasseler Medical. This commercial strategy includes, but is not limited to, portfolio expansion, M&A opportunities, clinical and medical education, Key Opinion Leader Strategy, content creation, creative projects, digital marketing, analytics, and customer-facing events. The execution of this strategy is highly dependent on working harmoniously with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 7 or more years of management experience.
Preferred Education
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
Travel / Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing function to drive the growth and adoption of Brasseler Medical’s Core and Revision products, aligning marketing strategy with the company’s overall business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and long-term marketing vision.
- Oversee the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for new product introductions and product line extensions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between R&D, regulatory, sales, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities to direct reports and other team members.
- Oversee the development of all marketing materials, including digital content, sales collateral, product documentation, and public relations initiatives.
- Manage brand integrity across all communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging that supports the company’s vision and values.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the company, representing the brand at industry conferences, webinars, and other events.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across initiatives that drive the highest return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Working knowledge of medical device quality and regulatory laws, procedures and systems
- Ability to forecast and manage a marketing and education expense budget
- Excellent market knowledge of customer preferences, standard procedures and evolving market changes
- Ability to effectively manage strategic alliances, joint ventures and outsourced relationships.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to guide others in resolving complex issues of significance to the organization.
