Job Summary
Henry Stambaugh Golf Course is now hiring friendly and outgoing individuals for the Cashier/Customer Service position for the 2025 golf season.
The position runs from April 1 through mid-November, weather permitting. Morning and afternoon shifts are 7 days a week, tentatively from 7:45-1:00 and 1:00-7:00 depending on the time of year. Cashiers will work between 3 to 5 rotating shifts per week on average, including the possibility of weekdays, weekends, and holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
General duties include, but are not limited to: greeting/checking in golfers, answering phones, taking tee times, collecting monies for golf, food, and beverage, checking inventory, making coffee, cooking hot dogs, selling merchandise, and communicating with Starters to ensure that golfers have a smooth transition from the clubhouse to the first tee.
Starting rate ranges from $12.00-13.00 an hour depending on level of experience and includes complimentary golf and cart for the entire season. Golf and golf course experience is preferred but not required.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License in the State of Ohio. Applicants must also pass a background check and drug test.
