Position Description:
The environmental jobsite administrator helps support the project management staff with front-line field management while primarily supporting the project manager, project engineer, and the project superintendent.
Position Qualifications:
- Must reside in Guam.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Comprehensive proficiency in current version of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; customer service oriented.
- Collaborative, innovative, and quick learner.
- Great attention to detail, organized, and ability to multitask.
Essential Duties:
- Make sure SWPPP & HACP binders are up to date which includes plans, inspections, trainings, incidents, etc.
- Walk the site and inspect BMP's. Complete forms and get with responsible party to repair if needed.
- Walk the site and inspect HACP inspections. Complete forms and get with responsible party to repair if needed.
- Monthly, scan all the documents and file on the server.
- Provide trainings to younger staff to assist in all of the above in employee absence.
