Reports to: Sr. Controller/Client Relations

JOB DESCRIPTION: Hensel Recyling is looking for a Sales Service Associate will assist the Customer Service and Logistics Representatives in day-to-day customer-related functions. They will also assist the Sales Team manage house accounts and build strong relationships with clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Management

• Maintain and update intake calendars to track shipment schedules effectively.
• Enter and manage data in HRNA’s CRM (customer relationship management) system.
• Monitor inventory via CRM system.
• Maintain and update data via spreadsheets.

Shipments

• Create and prepare documents for inbound and outbound shipments, both domestically and internationally.
• Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines.
• Ship out prepared samples pre-determined labs for analysis.

Customer Communication

• Build and nurture sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication to customers and vendors. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints or comments.
• Develop leads and help grow the business, while providing product and service recommendations.
• Anticipate customer concerns and offer solutions. Ensures timely follow up and make sure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.

Administrative Tasks

• Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support operations such as receiving orders, data input and sending samples out.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• Proficient with working in Excel.
• Detail oriented, organized and have excellent communication skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
