FACILITIES - BUILDING MAINTAINENCE

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Tech to join our facilities department. Maintain and service Hensley Beverage buildings at a high level to optimize the quality of the products stored in the facilities. Will perform general builiding maintenance including: plumbing, light electrical, painting, sheetrock, and minor mechanical.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Perform regularly scheduled building and lot maintenance including general cleaning and repair
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair building maintenance items
- Perform basic facility construction
- Adhere to trade safety and environmental safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Driver's License
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
- Must be able to work well with others
- Frequently required to work on a ladder
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
