OPERATIONS ANALYST

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Assist with inventory management and adjustments via WMS application.
- Build and maintain daily, weekly and yearly inventory reports.
- Publish inventory reports, provide support and inventory analysis for all Hensley regional leadership.
- Utilize 3rd party routing software to facilitate daily deliveries for multiple distribution centers.
- Support internal customers by adjusting orders and planning routes to align customer needs with staffing.
- Build and maintain reporting based on sales data, delivery and inventory trends.
- Utilize data trends to recommend efficient ordering and delivery processes.
- Provide source knowledge related to inventory transactions, movement and process functions within WMS system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Preferred experience in beverage sales or distribution.
- Strong understanding of RAS and WMS processes.
- Ability to read data trends and provide insightful feedback.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent customer service.
