HLG is looking to hire a Pre-Litigation Attorney to provide outstanding service and representation to clients in the pre-litigation process. Essential responsibilities will involve communicating with clients, answering questions and assessing the case for next steps. Consequently, communication skills must be stellar and exhibited with empathy and a service focus. You will be managing a caseload and be accountable as lead Attorney and primary decisionmaker of pre-litigation cases, counseling clients on the process, reviewing contracts, collaborating with an internal PI team, and taking escalated calls. Being self-motivated in showing up and maximizing your organization skills and attention to detail is vital to deliver work timely and accurately.
The applicant should have a JD and be licensed in good standing in the state of Indiana. Bilingual employee preferred but not required. Salary will be based upon experience but competitive, as well as other benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K with match, and more).
