Currently, we are looking to add a Case Manager/Paralegal to our Pre-Litigation team. We have amazing training and support, so while legal experience is preferred, it is not required.
Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Be the voice and face of the firm, interacting with our clients and other parties daily.
- Make status calls to the client and ensure the timely and appropriate progression of each client’s case.
- Request and review medical records, bills, wage loss, witness statements, doctor’s statements, and other evidence for the case – making sure we have the total and clear picture so we can help our clients and prepare settlement demand packages.
- Send general correspondence and ensure that all mail is properly reviewed, responded to, or brought to the attention of the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
- Work with Pre-Litigation Attorney to evaluate the client's treatment course, prepare demands, start negotiations, and address any case-related developments or problems.
- Manage and use Case Management Software and our proven processes – driving efficiencies, ensuring accuracy and clarity, and keeping the wheels moving.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College Degree (Associate/BS/BA) and/or successful Legal Assistant experience preferred.
