Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team for our Wednesday and Friday Shift starting at 4pm till 8/9pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving beverages. Your ability to engage with customers and provide top-notch service will be key to enhancing their experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during catering events or banquets.
• Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their time at our establishment is essential.
