As our Service Supervisor you will:
- Maintain a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve property issues promptly.
- Oversee maintenance tasks and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and other regulations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance on various equipment and systems.
- Manage inventory and spare parts.
- Assist in grounds upkeep and cleanliness.
- Report major repairs and requisitions to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- CPO Certification
