We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Service Technician II to join our team in providing exceptional service to our residents. As a Service Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and repair of our apartment community.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units
- Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain the property’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of the property
- Complete turnovers in a timely manner to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- 1 years of maintenance experience in the apartment industry
- Must be HVAC certified and have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical issues
- Knowledge of apartment turnover procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Predictable and regular attendance and ability to report to work on time are required
