Our client is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support multiple projects. The Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring project deliverables are met in accordance with project scope by performing the following tasks : Position Description : As a Business Analyst on one of our Agile software development teams, you will Manage and coordinate interactions with customer stakeholders and program SMEs and document system requirements and needs in Jira and Confluence. Specific duties include : Translate Business Rules into Decision Table Models. Document "AS IS” and "TO BE” processes. Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external teams. Elicit requirements from Product Owners. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practice.Required Skills and Experiences : Working knowledge and documented experience using requirements management tools such as JIRA, TFS, etc. is required. Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, certifications a plus. Knowledge of RVS or Windchill a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 year of education = 1.5 years of experience) Minimum of 6 years' documented and demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst / Requirements analyst type function role. Applies full knowledge of particular technical area and a developing knowledge of other technology areas. Working knowledge and documented experience using requirements management tools such as JIRA, TFS, etc. is required.Required Skills and Experiences Preferred : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 year of education = 1.5 years of experience) Minimum of 6 years' documented and demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst / Requirements analyst type function role.
