We are seeking a talented Office 365 Administrator and SharePoint Developer to join our client’s team. This critical role requires someone with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the GCC High cloud environment. This individual will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting the Office 365 ecosystem, developing custom solutions, and ensuring smooth operation within a secure and compliant environment.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to system architecture, and excellent communication skills. The role will involve supporting the implementation of Office 365 features and creating custom SharePoint solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, permissions management, and end-user training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and more.
- Manage SharePoint platform configuration, including adding document libraries, developing shared storage spaces, and customizing workflows to enhance business processes.
- Ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support of SharePoint sites, from content creation to site updates.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Communications, and other functional teams to edit, create, and manage content on internal SharePoint websites.
- Perform regular maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
- Administer and troubleshoot issues with SharePoint and other Office 365 applications.
- Implement, manage, and optimize permissions for document libraries and SharePoint workflows.
- Perform data backups, recovery, and ensure sufficient storage through regular cleanups and archiving.
- Stay up-to-date with SharePoint developments and implement version updates / upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users, assisting them with using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
- Collaborate with content and design working groups to drive updates and changes to internal websites and digital media content.

Pay Range : $30.50 - $33.50 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
