Electronic Technician III (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Electronic Technician to join our client’s Electrical Engineering Lab team. In this role, you will support the design, development, fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair of complex electronic products and support equipment.Use electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools proficiently.Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.Fabricate, assemble, test, and inspect cables and electrical enclosures based on engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.Assemble, rework, and repair circuit boards with surface mount and through-hole components.Conduct tests and generate data reports.Work collaboratively as part of a team.Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies and objectives.Required Skills : Proficient with electronic test equipment and electrical assembly tools.Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.Experience with fabrication, assembly, testing, and inspection of electrical components.Skilled in assembling, reworking, and repairing circuit boards.Capable of conducting tests and preparing detailed reports.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Knowledge of maintaining safety standards in a work environment.Preferred Skills : Experience in precise fabrication and assembly to tolerances and standards.Ability to understand complex engineering drawings and specifications.Assist engineers in designing and developing new electronic systems, cabling, and test equipment.Experience in developing schematics, specifications, and parts lists or offering recommendations.Experience with Cirris operator and troubleshooting electronic and electrical systems.Familiarity with IPC / WHMA-A-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 manufacturing and quality standards.Experience & Education : Required : 2-year technical degree OR minimum 2 years as a technician in production or prototype environments.Benefits : Health Insurance401k Pay Range : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
